Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of greenplacemarket.com (the "Site") and your purchase of plants, goods, and planting and care services from GreenPlace Inc, doing business as GreenPlace Market ("GreenPlace," "we," "us"). GreenPlace Inc is a licensed California landscape contractor, CSLB C-27 License #1127515. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Who we serve

We currently deliver plants and provide planting and care services within Orange County, California only. Orders with a shipping address outside our service area cannot be completed. You must be 18 or older to order.

Products and purchase options

Each plant may be purchased as Plant Only (delivery of the plant), Plant + Planting (delivery plus professional installation by our crews), or Plant + Planting + 3-Month Care (installation plus three maintenance visits over 90 days). Prices shown at checkout are the full price for the option selected. Irrigation supplies and fertilizers are sold as goods. The Liquinox Garden Kit Starter sold by GreenPlace Market and single-bottle refills are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Seasonal and Annual are recurring subscriptions only after a separate review, clear renewal terms, and your express checkout authorization.

Pricing, availability, and plant variation

Plants are living goods. Size, form, color, and bloom vary by season and individual specimen; photographs are representative, not exact. Inventory and pricing are drawn from our supplier feeds and may change. We may correct errors, cancel orders affected by pricing or stock mistakes, and refund you in full if we do.

Planting and care services

Planting and care services are performed by GreenPlace Inc crews under our C-27 license. We will contact you to schedule. You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the planting location, for marking or disclosing underground utilities and irrigation, and for any required HOA or permit approvals. We are not responsible for damage to undisclosed underground lines. Service scheduling is subject to crew availability and weather.

Delivery

Local delivery is free for every order within Orange County. We arrange the applicable delivery window before dispatch. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. See our Delivery page for details.

Returns, claims, and guarantee

Living-plant claims, refunds, and our 90-Day Establishment Guarantee are described in our Refund & Plant Guarantee Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Payment

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total at checkout, including applicable California sales tax. A recurring plan applies only when the checkout explicitly identifies a renewal interval and asks you to accept it. The Starter does not renew automatically. Seasonal renews every three months and Annual renews every 12 months until canceled, under the recurring terms shown at checkout.

Recurring Garden Kit plans

Before a Seasonal or Annual charge, the review and checkout screens show the amount due, charge cadence, automatic-renewal terms, fulfillment cadence, and applicable policy versions. Enrollment requires your separate affirmative consent, and we provide a retainable acknowledgment with online cancellation instructions.

Canceling stops future renewals. Seasonal cancellation stops the next quarterly charge. Annual cancellation stops the next annual charge; the remaining scheduled boxes in an already-paid annual term continue unless the displayed policy or applicable law requires a different result. We send required renewal and fee-change notices before they take effect.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, GreenPlace's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under California law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Orange County, California.
